He previously covered the top local and international sports for philstar.com, the online arm of one of the top Philippines' national dailies, from 2011 to 2016, and remains an NBA contributing writer. A well-traveled journalist, he has covered the Asian Games, FIBA Basketball tournaments and Manny Pacquiao fights. He was also an assistant editor for the inaugural NBA Philippines website from 2011 to 2013 and Fox Sports Philippines from 2016 to 2017. He also previously wrote for Empire Sports Media in New York.
